Our Story
Vicki Coffman LMFT founded Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers and acts as Board President.

Tabitha Shannon has been with ECTC from inception. She is the Secretary who keeps us on track and organized.

Mechelle Robinson was the first Intern in Practicum to join the Encouragers Team. Mechelle keeps us current with legal mandates and policy concerns.

Cheryl Gerald CPA is the financial brains that keeps us fiscally responsible.
