Alicia's expertise includes working with adults and children with AD/HD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) & ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) utilizing a neurodiversity affirming lens and specializes in complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, & substance use disorders.

As a Clinical Supervisor, Alicia teaches new clinicians how to utelize person centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, & dialectical behavior therapies as well as non-directive approaches such as play, music, & art therapies. She is certified in The Program for the Education & Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS) & Learn-Empathize-Agree-Partner (LEAP). Alicia has a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University & a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University.
