Shelley is a Christian therapist for those who are seeking counseling from a Christian perspective. She works from various treatment modalities that focus on finding solutions rather than focusing on the problem. Shelley believes problems are solved by learning new behavior patterns, rebuilding dysfunctional thoughts, reviewing current beliefs and creating less problem-saturated stories which will lead to new resolutions. Shelley believes individuals, couples and families will gain the most from therapy when what is learned in session is applied to real world situations. Shelley has faith that you will move towards your desired goals and would enjoy the opportunity to assist you in this journey.
