ENCOURAGERS

With over 30 years of working in the field of behavioral health, Ann has worked with individuals, families and couples of all ages and cultural and ethnic backgrounds.   Her interest and expertise is providing therapy with teens and adults having issues with anxiety and depression, trauma. She also helps others work through life transitions like death of a significant person, adjustments to divorce, remarriage and blended families.  Her goal is to assist people in enhancing their quality of life through a corrective relationship in a therapeutic environment; learning skills to deal with their problems in a healthy manner and appropriate ways engage in self -care;  and changing their internal dialogue from one of negativity to one of positivity and hopefulness regarding their future, "I see each client as a unique person with their own set of individual needs and issues."
