When I was reading this sign I raced through the list and made an error in what I was reading, then went back and realized what I had read was not, "Smile of Ten." Then I thought, why not? If you gave yourself a goal of 10 smiles per day would you use them all? What does this To-Do-List mean if you don't apply it? If you look at the first word of every bulleted item you'll see this is very much an ACTION LIST. But we read it like it's a suggestion, or mealy don't even consider it. We're too busy, to distracted, to annoyed at everything else going on in the world that we just don't have time to do this stuff. It's just fluff anyway, right? Boy, we can so lazy!
Really look at this list and define what it means to you.
Do you know what it means to Live Fully? Not fast and furious like some would have your believe. But to add fullness, or another way to say it is to add depth of meaning to your life. To have a purpose, a reason to get out of bed, to LIVE versus just existing.
Do you Create Happiness or discontent, discouragement, and distrust? What are you creating in your spare time playing video games, watching porn, or getting high? How can you create happiness in your life that will spill onto others around you. What you give you get in return so if you are miserable, I would guess everyone around you is miserable too. Change it up by stepping up, stepping out, and stepping into a new way of living.
Look at each of these actions and give yourself a true evaluation of how well you are doing. Ask you spouse, your partner, and your children to rate your performance on a scale of 1-10...10 being excellent. If you find areas you are lacking, improve them. Ask those who rate you low how you can increase your score. Give them a rating (if they ask) and learn how to improve your scores together. Make it a competition to out-do each other and you'll find you already are Inspiring Change and learning how to Love Deeply.
