Reinventing

I love working with people who are reinventing themselves. Rizza Sarmiento MFT, student with National University, began working with Encouragers Counseling & Training Centers (ECTC) nearly a year ago. Friday she graduated from her Master's program. Congratulations!

Some of the best therapists I know are people who have reinvented themselves. Most of my therapists have begun their journey with a desire to reinvent themselves either as empty-nesters, single again, or those looking for a change of career. For myself, I returned to school when I retired from one career and was able to reinvent myself so I could follow my passion as a therapist and trainer in my current career. Rizza has raised her children and now is ready to focus on herself and her passion for helping others. Rizza will be joining ECTC as a full-time Associate working in our Murrieta office. Rizza is a blessing to her clients who are so happy she will continue as their therapist. But even more than that, all the staff at ECTC and supervisors couldn't be more happy to have her permanently join the team. She blesses us as she blesses others. Welcome Aboard!

1 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ,

if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion,

2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love,

being one in spirit and of one mind.

Philippians 2 :1
